Workspace quotas follow the stored plan. No payment merchant is connected, so a checkout return does not start a paid plan and no card number is collected.
Configured plans
Free and Starter are the plan rows in the database. An amount, when an operator sets one, is configuration. It is not a charge.
Do not send payment details. This product does not collect card numbers.
